1. PREPARE: for your home visit, noting that there are several tasks to complete
   1. READ the notes about patient visits in the next section (Week 4: Patient Visits)
   2. DO the patient visit next week (Week 4) and debrief/give feedback to each other afterwards.
2. WRITE your Reflective Account (see Appendix 4) and upload it to Moodle by the 30th of March at 7pm. You will receive individual feedback from your EPE tutor by April 10 (3 weeks after submission).
