  1. define the criteria used for diagnosing a TIA/ ischaemia stroke
  2. Understand the clinical need to exclude harmorrhagic stroke and stroke mimics before intervention
  3. explain and detail (pharmcologically) the holloeing major interventions
    1. pharmacological agwnts used in the secondary prevention of a thrombotic stroke
    2. recognise AF as a major risk
    3. recognise vascular atherosclerosis risk
    4. clinical treatments specific to acute ischaemic intervention, detailing their manner of application in the context of the treatment window
