The fear that they will be observed and judged Social situations almost always provoke fear and anxiety. The paradox of social anxiety, fear can cause noticiable symptoms which can cause fear of judgement. Often develops from shyness in childhood hyper-vigilance to cue of acceptance or rejection from others
Significantly overestimating the danger of the rejection
